Workshop 5 – 9 October, and Conference 12 – 16 October 2015
Chennai Mathematical Institute
There will be five minicourses, each of 3 lectures:

- O. Biquard (Ecole Polytechnique): Milnor-Wood inequality from the Higgs bundle viewpoint
- C. Sabbah (Ecole Polytechnique): Twistor D-modules
- Du Pei (Caltech): (to be announced)
- T. Pantev (Philadelphia) : Foliations in derived geometry, symplectic structures, and potentials
The courses by Boalch, Biquard and Sabbah are planned for the first week; those by Pantev and Du Pei for the second. In addition, there will be talks by Narasimhan and Seshadri on the history of their theorem, as well as surveys by the organisers on the ramifications of the NS theorem.
